Not getting the access code?

Some systems take a couple minutes to verify incoming email. If you're not seeing the code after a few minutes, try checking your spam folder. If the code is there, please mark the message as Not Spam. If you're still not seeing the Access Code, it is possible your email system is blocking this message. Reach out to your IT and follow the Common Troubleshooting Steps below.

Password or email address not working?

Click on "Forgot password?" You will be prompted to verify your email address. If we don't have that email address on record, it's possible a different address was used to set up the account (most commonly due to name changes or subtle differences like "name@mail.school.edu" vs "name@school.edu") Otherwise, your account may not be finished setting up. Check your email and spam folder for the initial account invitation message. If you do not see it, get in touch with the person who initially set up your account.

Locked out of your account?

If you believe you forgot your password, or would like to reset it, please use the Forgot Password? option on the log-in page. If you've tried this or are having a different issue logging in to your account give us a call at 800-435-2197.

Common Troubleshooting Steps you can take:

Try a hard refresh by typing Ctrl+F5. Sometimes your browser will "remember" certain information that can cause things to go wrong. This step can resolve that issue.
Restart your browser and try again.
Try clearing your cache. This is like a more thorough version of the first step. Note that this can reset your browser's history, but many browsers allow you to unselect this option.
See if coworkers are having the same problem as you. This can help to discover systematic issues that we should know about, or to learn what others have done in your situation.
